Upon submitting the application, I understand that I will be covered under Associated Ministries' Workers' Compensation (Washington State Department of Labor & Industries) coverage for volunteers during the hours I am volunteering with Paint Tacoma-Pierce Beautiful (PTPB) and I agree to release all sponsoring organizations (including their officers, employees, members and agents, all other volunteers, and homeowner participants) from all liability whatsoever which may arise out of or be connected with participation in this event and all activities related to it. I grant full permission to use photographs of me for promotion of this event.
